About Chilli Heads 

Chilli Heads®LLC is a company manufacturing fleece clothing.  Our goals are to provide high quality products at reasonable prices.  The products are made100% in the USA, from the fabric to the construction. Chilli Heads® is a no frills producer of fleece clothing. 

Much of the fleece we use is recycled from plastic bottles.

We especially like Malden Mills Fleece because of the company's management ethics.   

Chilli Heads started as a cottage industry in 1985, designing and making all the products at home. The business has grown since then, expanding to include larger contract shop production. We use only contract shops that we can easily visit and are on-site during the construction of our products.  These folks are fighting for their jobs, faced with having to compete with the foreign labor wage scales.

However, the roots of the company are still intact.  To maintain the individuality and diversity of the Chilli Heads products the owner is still the primary cut and sew shop for some designs.
